Today's Quote

Sato, MD, Kikochi, MD. Spine 1993; 18(15):2246-2251: Morphologic abnormalities that are shown by imaging studies do not necessarily produce clinical symptoms. The relationship between morphologic abnormalities and the occurrence of symptoms must be further clarified. It has so far been impossible to differentiate symptomatic from asymptomatic abnormalities by routine diagnostic studies. Some new diagnostic procedures must first be developed for determination of the responsible level and site of nerve root impairment.

Where do we get the quotes?

Today's Quote is taken from the material of Malik Slosberg. His synthesis of the current research material makes for a superb presentation. These quotes/summaries are from his seminar notes. It will probably take a few years for all of them to be seen here. Please let us know of any problems you find. Check Malik's website for information on upcoming seminars, video tapes, charts, slides, and other educational products. Thanks again, Malik
