-   Develop, organize and manage x-rays and files.
-   Thoroughly complete paperwork such as records requests, new patient paperwork, initial consultations, etc.
-   Manage flow and pace of the office including Doctors schedule and patients appointments.

-   Perform a series of manual adjustments to the spine, occasionally Active Release Technique, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system.
-   Analyze x-rays to locate the source of patients’ difficulties and rule our fractures or disease as sources of problems.
-   Counsel patients about nutrition, exercise, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters.
-   Secure participating in marketing events such as chamber meetings and spinal screenings and promoting the practice within the community.
